Our process

How does it work?

Discovery Form

Before we begin, I’ll provide you with a form to fill out so I can get a good idea of what type of support you’ll need. This means we have less to go over in your initial call and more time to jump into the good stuff! Here are some things to consider before taking the first step:

  • What is the area you’re struggling in most right now? Is that what you’d like to focus on?
  • What are your specific goals for this mentorship? And your business/art as a whole?
  • What is your timeline for achieving these goals?

Don’t worry if you don’t have the answers! I’m happy to go through this and more with you in our initial meeting.

Initial Meeting

After establishing goals and expectations, we’ll work on a plan to achieve those goals. This includes identifying specific activities, tasks, and resources that will help the you in your process. I’ll get to know more about your personal learning style so that we can develop a plan that YOU can actually see results from!

During this meeting, we’ll also discuss your timeline and how often we’ll meet and what we’ll go over during these meetings. You get 8 total one-hour meetings with me! These can take place weekly, monthly, or we can mix it up depending on your specific goals.

Remember, this mentorship is about YOU, so we’re going to be super flexible to make sure you get what you need out of it!

What this stage looks like will vary greatly depending on what goals we choose to work on and how we’re working on them.

The only thing I won’t share with you is proprietary information from other educators’ courses and guides.

The final step is goal review! We utilize this stage by:

  • Assessing whether or not you achieved your goals
  • Identifying any areas for improvement in the program
  • Determining whether to continue the mentorship or end it

At the end of your review, I can provide recommendations for additional growth and development, and may even suggest other mentors or resources to help you continue your learning journey.
